Maybe you arn’t sure what a CMA is?

It’s an estimate of value of your property. This is how we do one.

First, we review information about properties similar to yours and located in your neighbourhood. We examine recent sales along with current listings, using information available to us primarily from the Victoria Real Estate Board. That examination gives us an indication of how the market values similar properties at the moment.

Next, we compare the details of that information with some details about your property, to try to ensure we are comparing ‘apples with apples’.

Finally, we review this information with you so that together we can arrive at our best estimate of what the market suggests about your property, value wise.
