boan_white_green_reverse_90When you shop, do you want to be nagged, prodded, poked and pestered into submission by pushy sales types? Or do you prefer objective, helpful advice to address your real needs and concerns?

Me too! I hate being ’sold to’ by pushy sales types. Because pushy sales people give me an uneasy feeling about their motivators. Are they motivated more by making the sale than by helping to solve my real needs and concerns?

Sometimes it’s hard to tell. But as a consumer, I get stressed by ‘pushy’. And it gets worse as the price goes up, with with real estate at or near the top of the list.

Buying or selling a home is inherently stressful for many, and as a practicing real estate agent I certainly don’t want to unnecessarily add to that. So I strive hard to make sure that addressing my clients’ concerns and questions relating to their real estate requirements is and remains the ultimate objective of my professional relationships. No nagging, prodding, poking or pestering – only objective, timely, competent professional advice and guidance.

So, this is my promise to my clients. I promise

  • not to expose my clients to linear ’salesy’ process wherein the salesperson attempts to maintain control of the agenda to move step by step towards the ‘close’.
  • to honour the fact that my clients always retain control of the ‘process’.
  • to provide a collaborative working environment in which my professional attention is focused solely on objective problem-solving and advocacy on my clients’ behalf.

If that sounds about right with you, please use the Contact Form on the right hand side of any page of this website to get in touch. Better yet, call me – contact info is also to the right of all pages. We can explore the possibility of working together to resolve your questions and concerns about your Victoria real estate requirements.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Bye for now,
